ZC7777 may at any time request identity verification documents. These may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method. This process is in place to protect both you and the Platform. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after completion of standard verification checks. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have the bonus portion of the balance adjusted prior to processing.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Raast transfers are near-instant once approved. Bank transfers are generally completed on the same business day. Processing times may extend during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. If you have an active bonus attached to your account, the bonus wagering requirement must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at all may be subject to a review in line with our anti-fraud policy.
Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of PKR 500,000 and a weekly limit of PKR 2,000,000. VIP and high-tier account holders may be eligible for higher limits — contact support to discuss your specific situation.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the Promotions page and in the bonus claim confirmation. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 20,000 in qualifying games before that bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo and fish games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates for each game type are listed in the individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.
ZC7777 monitors bonus activity. Claiming bonuses with no genuine intent to play — for example by immediately placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit — constitutes bonus abuse. If bonus abuse is detected, ZC7777 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings and close the account.
Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not met before the expiry date will result in the bonus being removed from your account. Deposits made to satisfy wagering requirements cannot be refunded on expiry grounds.
ZC7777 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other major cricket events are among our most popular markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on ZC7777.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the market is voided by ZC7777. In-play bets are subject to network latency, and ZC7777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the match outcome was already known at the time of placement.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; the market is settled in error; or a technical fault resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
Maximum winnings per single bet are PKR 5,000,000. Maximum winnings on accumulator bets are PKR 10,000,000 per slip. ZC7777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets, particularly for accounts with a consistent record of winning from specific bet types.
Where a bonus specifically requires bets to be placed on sports markets, a minimum odds threshold typically applies. This threshold is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward the wagering requirement for that promotion.

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the last confirmed server state when you reconnect. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
